RESUMEN

In the current pandemic situation, we need to follow certain precautionary measures to safeguard us from the deadly virus. We have been able to contain the virus to a certain extent through social distancing, by sanitizing ourselves and sterilizing the daily-use items. Monitoring the vitals like body temperature, oxygen saturation, and pulse rate has proven to be effective in diagnosing the fatal disease. In this proposed method, we have come up with a solution to help the user to keep a check on the important parameters mentioned above by incorporating various sensors like MLX90614 non-contact infrared temperature sensor, SpO2 sensor, pulse rate sensor, and ultrasonic sensor in a shirt- CoviGuard. The vitals are displayed on an IOT application called ThingSpeak. A buzzer is used to indicate if the user doesn't maintain the specified distance of 0.5 meters. © 2023 IEEE.

RESUMEN

Diagnosis Covid-19 had used machine learning and artificial intelligence education that accurately identifies the Covid-19's probability. The suggested method is aimed of measuring the probability of respiratory illnesses, the oxygen levels and the sufferer's temp. Several of its aims is to verify the Covid-19 patient (e.g. symptoms such as pneumonia). The structure integrates a sample position consisting of an ATS, an ATS, an IR temperature control device and a computer consisting of a data object. The digital sound unit incorporates stethoscopes that are placed on the inside of a mattress on a test facility and attached to a transmitter device that is attached by a sound chord to the machine. The pulses oxygen concentrator is supplied with an oxygen saturation sensor mounted on the right shoulder of a test facility and attached to the OLED monitor, buzzer and computer. The IR temperatures inspector consists of an IR temperature sensor that is housed in an OLED monitor, bell chimes and monitor mostly on upper arms of the test facility. It should be remembered that perhaps the level of the patient will be changed in both units. A machine learning algorithm is included within the specific element. Covid-19 diagnosis device, accessible on a device attached to all the methods mentioned earlier. © 2022 Author(s).

RESUMEN

The sulphonic acid-functionalized Wang resin (Wang-OSO3H) was explored as a polymeric and recov-erable acidic catalyst for the synthesis of isoindolo[2,1-alpha]quinazoline-5,11-dione derivatives under green conditions. Thus the Wang-OSO3H catalyzed MCR of isatoic anhydride, 2-formylbenzoic acid and vari-ous amines in pure water afforded a range of desired product in good to excellent (86-94%) yield. The methodology can be performed under open air and is amenable for scale-up synthesis. The catalyst can be recovered and recycled for several times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. The unex-pected formation of 2-(1-hydroxy-3-oxoisoindolin-2-yl)benzamide derivative as observed in one case may allow the access of this class of heterocycles from the same MCR by using an appropriate amine. In silico assessment suggested that the compound 4j , a known inhibitor of TNF-alpha could be a potential ligand for SARS-CoV-2 with which it formed H-bonds through its OMe and two C = O groups. Purpose/Objective(s): During the COVID-19 pandemic telemedicine became an attractive alternative to in person appointments. The role of telemedicine in patients who undergo frequent on-site treatment, such as radiation therapy, is unclear. The purpose of this study was to examine telemedicine use, physician satisfaction and barriers to continued use in radiation oncology. Materials/Methods: An anonymous, electronic survey was distributed to radiation oncologists internationally. Participants described demographic and practice characteristics and a 5-point Likert scale assessed provider satisfaction, ease of use and overall utility of telemedicine. Analyses include descriptive statistics and subgroup comparisons using Chi-square and Fisher's exact test. Results: 232/5343 (4.3%) completed the survey, 63.8% of whom were male, 52.6% age 50 or younger and 78.0% from the United States (U.S.). Only 14.2% used Telemedicine previously, which increased to 93.1% during COVID-19. Amongst all telemedicine users, usage rates were 77.9% for initial consultations, 97.2% for follow-up visits, and 35.9% for on-treatment visits. 69.8% report that < 25% of patients requiring treatment experienced delays due to COVID-19. Most conducted appointments from the workplace, with 40.1% also doing so from home. Satisfaction was high at 73.8%, perceived usefulness was 76.9% and 81.5% hope to continue using telemedicine after the pandemic. However, 82.4% had concerns with the inability to examine patients. Although 82.1 % believed that telemedicine would improve patient access to health care services overall, 63.0% were concerned with patient ability to access required technology. 49.5% had concerns regarding continued billing/reimbursement;less commonly at government centers (18.8%) compared to academic/satellite facilities (52.7%) and free-standing centers/community hospitals (50.7%), P = 0.039 for both comparisons. These concerns were also significantly higher amongst US physicians (53.2% vs 34.9%, P = 0.048). Conclusion: Widespread adoption of telemedicine by radiation oncologists occurred during COVID-19 with high rates of satisfaction and interest in continued use. Sustained reimbursement for telemedicine services is a significant concern, particularly in the US and outside of government facilities.
